ParticipantAfter having visited it, do you feel that $456k is overpriced for that home? From the photos it is one of the rare cases when the exterior actually looks better than the interior. IMO it’s usually the other way around. Anyway, it’s a cute little house.
Did you see this flipper nearby? Asking $615k for an uglier house.

ParticipantI think I tried the wrong item on the menu the one and only time I went to PF Changs… To me it tasted like a frozen TV dinner, complete with peas and carrots cut into perfect little cubes suspiciously similar to the ones that come in frozen packages or school cafeteria lunches. I complained to the manager. It was the one at UTC.
I shop pretty regularly at Lucky Seafood, close to Seafood City. Did you know someone recently bought a winning lottery ticket there? Woo-hoo for them.
My favorite Thai place in SD is Takhrai Thai at Poway Rd. and Pomerado. I judge Thai food by their Panang curry and IMO theirs is the best. There’s also a great Thai place on Coronado, off 10th I think but I don’t remember the name.

ParticipantHi jp,
That kitchen looks about as updated as the Brady Bunch house. You’re looking in Bay Park as well as pb, huh? Anyway, I have no experience doing full renovations on homes so I’m sitting tight and hoping something close to what I want comes on the market.
A 95-year-old predates baby boomers by over 30 years. She is pre-boomer, pre-ww1, pre-ww2, pre-USSR, and much, much more! Her son or possibly grandchildren are boomers.
Does anyone here actually know any boomers that are retiring/selling their homes?
