ParticipantSorry to hear that. Litigation is never fun, I went thru one for 3 years! Truly the ones who win are the lawyers. Anyhow, best of luck with that! I’d keep posts about it to a minimum until it is settled. You never know who’s reading!

ParticipantWhat’s the litigation about jp?
I’m not a fence-sitter, I’m still firmly in the bear enclosure. Looking over the fence, not enough has changed to spark my interest yet. As I said before, I’m happy to see all the recent sales activity. This means less competition next year and the year after and the year after… The market will not fully deflate until there are no more buyers.

ParticipantYou can buy prefab homes, pretty much like shopping at ikea. They come in a box with instructions on sticking it together! All with that little hex-wrench thing ;). All you’ll need is septic and utilities.
Some are pretty sweet looking but expensive. These guys will price in the permit process for you. I like the steel frames because they won’t burn, won’t taste good to termites, won’t fall over in an earthquake, are electrically grounded, and can stand 200mph winds.
