If you go there during the lunch rush hour it’s packed for sure. But any other time of the day, that lot is pretty empty. I live very close to it (and I eat late lunches, when it’s completely empty).

That being said, the whole parking area in front of the new market is fenced off as part of the construction zone. I don’t know what they’re doing to the parking lot, but they’re doing something. Hopefully it will help alleviate the congestion.

I got scholarships for tuition but got a few loans back then for other bills. The loan applications were all referred to me by the academic adviser and all of the applications came with clear instructions, including deadlines. So I think the first point of contact should be her academic adviser.
