ParticipantThe Promenade expansion is very attractive, and is indeed bringing lots of people to the mall. I have to hand it to the mall owners: VERY well done.
On the other hand, the big box stores to the east are looking very sad. Circuit City is closed, Party City in bankruptcy, Linen’s N Things is gone…

I used to know a man with a pool maintenance business. One day when we were chatting I told him that I was thinking about having one put it. I asked him “Do you have any advice for prospective pool owners?”

Thanks for letting me know about your fees etc.
I can’t figure our how to find your private e-mail, but would like to be able to contact you in the future. If rates go down just a bit, I think we may want to go ahead with a refi.
