Well to be fair they did drop the price by a whole $900 on December 21. 🙂

Well to be fair they did drop the price by a whole $900 on December 21. 🙂

ParticipantIt is certainly insane, the HOA dues would be more than the mortgage on the 1/1. I looked at a few of the listings that closed.
It looks like the HOA dues include a special assessment.
Assessment is for complex being replumbed to replace plastic piping with copper.
