Inflation is definitely government caused. Historically it has been by printing too much paper. Now the government has taken a new course, instead of printing money they are borrowing from themselves, i.e. the credit card method. As everyone knows, with a credit card it can only end 1 of 2 ways. Either you end up paying more in the end (which will cause inflation) or you go bankrupt (deflation). Which do you think it will be for our government?
moneymakerParticipantI’m pretty sure alcohol does to the liver what smoking does to the lungs. Since the liver can regenerate the damage is somewhat hidden, but still damage none the less. Now that being said i do toss a couple down about 4-5 days a week. Why I’m not really sure, I don’t get a buzz, but I think I do sleep a little better – I know the experts say it disturbs sleep patterns. I wish I could see my liver, then maybe I would stop drinking.
moneymakerParticipantYeah it might take a while to happen, just thinking ahead, or trying to at least. If inflation is coming I might want to buy those solar panels now, if unemployment is coming I might want to save(i.e. not spend).

The last column is cholesterol. Have maintained the same weight and fitness levels so I think cholesterol is like blood pressure, very dubious I think. I did recently happen upon an interesting site http://www.directlabs.com
I had Costco pizza (5 meat) for lunch and pulled pork w/garlic potatos for dinner but I did do some treadmill today.moneymakerParticipanteppraisal is even further off than Zillow. Just for the fun of it I put in a house 2 doors down and eppraisal says it is worth less than half of what it sold for in December of 2013. I do believe Zillow can be wrong but I have no idea how to manipulate it. Zillow says my home has been falling as of late even though the last 2 houses sold on my block went for what I thought were ridiculously high values. Go figure!
moneymakerParticipantI think the Costco systems offer a lot of bang for the buck. Bought one 6 years or so ago, they are so much better now. Can get near HD quality and an App for ease of use. I have mine outside, I’m not enough of a security expert to trust them inside yet. Don’t want anyone seeing me running around in my underwear doing a Tom Cruise scene from risky business.
moneymakerParticipantI’ve seen flat roofs with 18″ tile and after walking on it I thought it was a great idea. I think the family was from Russia or Ukrainian.
Topped off some trees in the neighbors yard today, after getting their permission (was partly shading the garage roof). It is really pretty easy to do if you make the cuts in the right place. I’ve trimmed trees before, but now I know the secret to make it easy. Every time I try something new I consider changing careers, but only for a few minutes.
To get the state rebate I think one has to prove shading is not an issue, at least to get the full credit.moneymakerParticipantI have a dream, but no one I know supports it. That makes me sad when I think about it, so instead of thinking about it, I go about life doing my projects and working for a living. I do think however that just having that dream allows me to live life with a little less stress. Recently found out wife doesn’t believe there is sex in heaven, wow bummer!
moneymakerParticipantWife wants Solarworld as they are American made, I am not as particular as I doubt many panels have been up for 25 years yet to prove their durability. Definitely want micro-inverters, leaning toward the Grape systems that Costco sells, but there are no reviews which I find strange. I know they will custom design a system for a good price. I’m thinking 5-5.5 KW should keep us out of tiers 3 and 4. Never even considered the roof because it looks good, but was up there last week measuring pitch and noticed the composite shingles are definitly harder that I thought they should be.
moneymakerParticipantYes when I wrote rebate, I meant tax credit. With a single layer of 10 year old composite shingles, i figure my options are 1)Remove the current shingles and put new ones on 2)Shingle over the current ones (which will also add additional weight to roof) 3)Put the solar panels up now and hope the previous owners bought really good shingles, if not may have to re-roof in next 10 years which would mean removing solar panels temporarily to do that.
moneymakerParticipantI always plan to forget, but sometimes i forget to plan. While not entirely true, but it sure feels like it sometimes.
moneymakerParticipantI think you may have ADD, perhaps some seratonin replacement therapy might be in order. In other words relax and be happy! I’m going to pop some melatonin plus theanine and have some vivid dreams.
moneymakerParticipantDocument, document, document. That being said, be firm and sue their asses. As long as you are not violating the written CC&R’s then they are violating your constitutional right to pursue happiness, hopefully you will get a good judge. You didn’t sign an arbitration clause did you. Good luck!
moneymakerParticipantPerhaps marriage should have an expiration to it, say 9 years or so. That way it can be renewed, or people can continue to live together without the legal tie, or they can split up. My guess is most people would renew as divorce is just to difficult to go through.
