Many men marry for sex and women for security. If a man loses his job (no security for wife) and the wife refuses to have sex (with said husband),should they get a divorce? I say no, because no matter how bleak things seem they can always be worse. Man gets divorced,he’s still not getting any and may have to pay (even though he has no job)child support/alimony.
I think it is interesting that women typically file for divorce first and it’s usually men that stop paying bills first.Men that cheat on their wives are probably also the same ones that will cheat their fellow man out of money. Here;s the real question-Do women that shirk their debts often end up cheating on their husbands? Probably no relation, just food for thought.moneymakerParticipantMany men marry for sex and women for security. Ok, it also made the wife really really happy! As an aside Zillow(which I don’t believe is accurate)says the house has steadily increased like $5000 a month since we took possession, that’s gotta make the bank really happy,as I won’t consider myself a homeowner until the mortgage is paid off,no delusions here.Did I mention that it’s a really nice house?
1)If you lose your job, does it really matter if you rent or pay a mortgage?
2)I think we are in a Depression.
3)I’ve believed in shadow inventory since we passed the peak in Nov.’05moneymakerParticipantWell I bought in the lower tier back in February and fully expected(and still do)the appraised value to drop maybe 20%, but I got a really good interest rate and am buying at the same price neighbors are paying for rent. So why am I not seeing more of them out there on the road? The new Diesel technology is way better than the older stuff. The same could be said for the Segway for pedestrian travel. I don’t have one (too expensive) but they do make sense for Postal workers, guards and others that walk a lot in their jobs. Is anybody seeing them at golf courses?
Did I mention that diesel is currently the cheapest fuel @ the gas station.moneymakerParticipantMy VW Jetta TDI(Diesel) gets 40+ mpg, is safe, can run on renewable energy(vegetable oil). This lady is obviously hidding money somewhere,is she working with someone else? Someone that may leave her as the fall person? Who knows. She is akin to the corporations that move their corporate headquarters offshore in order to avoid US taxes, and yet still do business here, pathetic! But the real problem is she is definitely not alone out there. The bottom line is greed, and greed cannot be regulated.
