    Star Wars: Episode III

    Was only movie that I waited in line to see. Learned my lesson that time. Now I wait at least 2-3 weeks until the demand drops and the crowds have already seen the movie then go early weekday when have time off to see it.

    Yikes!

    Glad that I did not upgrade my iPhone today. I will wait a while until they fix the issues with it. I bought mine six months after they first came out in December when they dropped the price on the 8GB model. Fine so far but will wait on the new software upgrades.

    I have been watching SFH in La Jolla, Encinitas, PB and Point Loma. Prices are dropping but slowly. I like Encinitas a lot and this is my ideal small beach community.

    Obama will be the new Jimmy Carter!

    And it will be the 1970’s all over again with record inflation, super sky high oil prices and bad problems with Iran again in the Middle East just like when Carter was in the office! Woo hoo! Cant wait!

    Buy gold and oil futures now is the best strategy?
