ParticipantThe store in North Park is called the Bargain Center, and I would think they would have that style of hat. At the least, they are very helpful and could steer you in the right direction. Another is Stars and Stripes in El Cajon.

ParticipantI wouldn’t know when, but waiting is in your favor I think. House come up for sale less often than other neighborhoods, and that has slowed the downward spiral somewhat. Even now with the median price in the city going up, 92120 is still declining.

ParticipantI’d prefer to eliminate the interest deduction on second homes.
