I was under the impression that you had a right to have PMI removed once you were at 78% LTV.

How long are you staying? Last time I made the drive, it was closer to 3 hours, but that was in my crusty old jeep. I fly up there nowadays. I flew up on xmas eve last year, and it was a beautiful sunny day.
