little ladyParticipant
Are we defending FOX here, or are we outraged that they would have the audacity to promote a conservative agenda by trying promote the idea that there is no housing bubble, and the worst is behind! Shame on them!
little ladyParticipantI call B.S. on this one. Do you have actual facts that support this? I question why you would tell tenants to “neqociate any rent raises”? Where are your properties at? I would like to negociate on a place for my bestfriend. She has excellent credit and makes more than the median income. She DID get a month to month, so that if she needs to move that won’t be a problem. There was no advertisements on many of the places that we went to. There were no vacancies either.
little ladyParticipantThey are not down anywhere I have been looking, they have definitely gone up, quite a bit. My bestfriend has recently gotten a legal separation. So we have been looking everywhere. The rents they are asking so high she thought she’d might as well look into a condo conversion, since the talk is “buyers market”, “glut of homes”, etc. They had few people looking, which I thought was strange. I thought it would be like a morque. She got disappointed after saying to herself, the payment on the condo might be almost the same, (after tax benefit and such)but the freakin’, HOA’s made her start back at square one. She couldn’t find anything “cheap”(HA what a joke) that was available right away. She ended up paying way more than she had hoped, just to get out of the situation she was in. By that I mean arguments with her husband.
little ladyParticipantHow high will it spike? Will it mirror the realestate sales market? It sounds like someone is predicting a softlanding for rents.
little ladyParticipantSo what does this show, that people on the right enjoy television more than NORMAL folks? I am not sure but I think it’s HANNITY that makes me gag, choke, cough and spit the most as I am passing by, flicken channels. Never does he let anyone else talk or “spin”, he saves that all for himself.
little ladyParticipantSo what are you saying don’t rent, be homeless?
little ladyParticipantI hate fox news……..”O’Reilly the all knowing” my ass. But, I guess that’s another story.
little ladyParticipantWhile the CA total YOY is up, I believe prices are comming down. Try telling my neighbor who’s price @ peak was 150,000
more than what she got for it. Driving around you see “bank repo” instead of sold, the climate has changed. Houses won’t become affordable without a downturn, and a pause, eventually YOY for Cali will show it.little ladyParticipantMy brother bought a house a couple of years ago in Vegas. He says he loves it there. He could’ve used that money………he didn’t get any.
little ladyParticipant……….I see stupid people
little ladyParticipantOh porkman has a fan isn’t that sweet.
little ladyParticipantHmmm 100k sounds like a LOT of building, I am not sure that you are correct. Infact I was looking at a site recently, that had a list of the highest percentages of people moving to different areas in the country, and Riverside had the most people which was around 30,000, but it wasn’t the highest percentage. So I am sure you are embelishing. I am sure that Austin was on that list though, I can’t remember the sites name.
