Sorry, he’s a nut job……..

Anyway, the dog I was referring to was supposedly part wolf, I got him as a pup. We noticed he was aggressive and wanted a dog for protection. He seemed to be great with people but once in a while acted a little odd(hard to explain the whole thing a long story). Anyway, one day he pounced at my 1 1/2 year old through a screen door(the way he did it was like he would’ve killed him had he gotten him).That was it. I knew sooner or later he was gonna hurt or kill someone(who was not an intruder) and I didn’t want that.

So I got a Ratterrier. I suggest looking into this breed, specifically bread for killing rats(back in the day). Do a little research on it, it’s interesting……….ttfn

Don’t get too upset, folks on here have to attack someone from time to time. It just happens to be you this time. They can get quite hateful and some are quite sick actually…..

It seems reasonable to me that if there is an infestation of mice or rats, whatever the case maybe, that is there through no fault of your own, the landlord should be liable.
Mice and rats chew and destroy property.

However, finding out may cost you. If they can blame you for the infestation.

Get a cat, I have 2….. never do I find any mice except when they play with them outside, and beat them to death. I hate it but it is what cats do……..Dogs can do it, I had one that would kill anything that came in the yard, we would find dead rats alot……..problem was HE WOULD KILL
ANYTHING THAT CAME IN THE YARD….had to get rid of him……
