Don’t get too upset, folks on here have to attack someone from time to time. It just happens to be you this time. They can get quite hateful and some are quite sick actually…..
It seems reasonable to me that if there is an infestation of mice or rats, whatever the case maybe, that is there through no fault of your own, the landlord should be liable.
Mice and rats chew and destroy property.However, finding out may cost you. If they can blame you for the infestation.
Get a cat, I have 2….. never do I find any mice except when they play with them outside, and beat them to death. I hate it but it is what cats do……..Dogs can do it, I had one that would kill anything that came in the yard, we would find dead rats alot……..problem was HE WOULD KILL
ANYTHING THAT CAME IN THE YARD….had to get rid of him……little lady
