I’ve seen creative uses of Ikea cabinets in places like Dwell or Sunset magazine that don’t end up looking Ikea at all.

lindismithParticipantI think it would be helpful if you guys have at least a sketch of what you want. Just a simple birds-eye plan that indicates x feet of cabinetry, x feet of counter top, x feet of flooring, etc etc.
