HLS – can I refinance a rental property?? 328K loan (no second)..which is 60% LTV…A townhome if that matters….What are the rates assuming good FICO and income etc etc.????? Maybe 0 or 1 point….30 yr fixed preferably….

LarryTheRenterParticipantIt’s like NASDAQ 5000….We will probably never see 2006 levels…Maybe not for a generation….Just like we will not see NASDAQ 5000 for another generation..(hopefully I am wrong!)

LarryTheRenterParticipantJumbos are all over the map as HLS says….I got a quote from San Diego Co credit union and also BofA that were around APR of 5.8% with 1 point….Wells Fargo rates were in the mid 6’s range…
