    Can someone recommend a good real estate agent who is focused on carmel valley and preferably lives in the CV as well….I am looking to buy in the area within the year and am looking fo someone as knowledgeable as the above posters (not sure if they are realtors or not).

    How do you find about about NODs in the CV or any other area for that matter – without paying to join a foreclosure website.

    If you can fill up your RV without getting pissed off at any of the following: the gas pump, Big Oil, Big liberal dems who won’t allow drilling in Anwar, anyone in the middle east or anyone in Congress – then you are rich….Especially if you can do it while reitred and living off your passive invesments..

    What’s up with KB builders in PB??? They are the builders who buy lots and put up 4 units of townhomes…..They are building all over PB like crazy and haven’t slowed down….Does anyone know if they are selling and what this guy’s deal is??? All his units look the same – stucco, view decks, etc..It is like he has a formula, but I can’t see this contuing much longer…..
