Any good CV real estae agents???

Can anyone recommend a good real estate agent who knows the CV inside and out and is willing to show 10 – 15 homes and make an agressive offer…I agree with the above posts but I can’t keep on renting for risk of spousal abuse (on me..)

Newbie question for HLS..

If you need to borrow 700K…Do you pay the lower rate up to the conforming amount, then a separate loan at a higher rate for the amount above that..or is it a jumbo loan at a higher rate for the whole loan amount..(assuming you qualify of course)???? or can you do either?

about the marine st house..i was not refering to live in that piece of junk…I was refering to knocking most of it down and rebuild…last sale across the street was about 3.5 mill.about one or two years ago (peak I know)..

I was just pointing it out…get it for less than 1.2, then 800 – 1 mil to add on…maybe some value there…maybe……one and one half blocks to a usable beach…….
