LAAFTERHOURS
ParticipantMy guess – You wont see them at 400K. People are still buying the shared driveway “Single Family” homes in the mid to high 500s. Some have come close to breaching the 500k mark but people are still overpaying for that area like over the hill in CV and PQ. Until companies leave RB, UTC and Sorrento/ Carmel Valley, the crazy demand will be there.
I was hoping for high 400s for some of those units but after living in the area for 2.5 years and seeing the type of buyer that is buying these places then filling them with extended family, I lost hope that the pricing would ever reach that point. I could be wrong.
