LAAFTERHOURS
ParticipantGood post TG. When I got out of school and obtained a CC, I didnt know how to manage money. It took over 15k of debt for me to get the lesson. Since then, a buddy introduced a basic excel based spreadsheet to me to track my/ family budget. I keep track of all bills with dates paid and confirmation numbers. I list all major expenditures like groceries, gas, eating out etc. Simple enough measure to track your money and match it up to the bank account.

…googleholic[/quote]So if you are in a mello-roos area and all those things on that link are built out, therefore all are receiving ongoing maintenance, wouldnt that mean all benefits and therefore the MR are tax deductible?
I know the answer but thats a pretty “loose” definition. Until they start enforcing, people will keep deducting.

ParticipantFirst things first, bring lack the extra track of the luge and get safer protective equipment. The thrill of snow sports is speed so make the tracks longer, faster and possibly include some loops (that would be sick).
Bring in some of the crazy winter xgames stuff like big air.
How about snow wrestling?
What about super 8’s in skiing?
Why not introduce some crazy heli skiing race, where teams of riders are dumped on top of some sick glacier and choppers with cameras follow them down cliffs and chutes.. would be thrilling to watch.
