ParticipantChargers need to take note on stadium design from Soccer stadiums abroad.
moses mabhida stadium and nelson mandella bay stadiums are really cool. San diego should go against the grain and build a modern soccer stadium type design. Even the Birds nest in China was cool.

ParticipantAfter the 2007 fires, my wife and I went to Denver to check things out in wintertime. It was snowing one day, sunny and warm ( i was in a tshirt) the next. I drove up to loveland during a blizzard the next day and boarded in powder all day.
We really liked Denver and came away with a few places we considered a place to move the family to. With a massive tech center, it would be suitable for me for work or as a jump point for consultancy.
The market changed for the better (we were renters at the time) and san diego became more affordable. My job changed for the better also.
If we were ever to move from SD, that is the only place we both want to move to. We love it there, the only thing missing is the ocean.

Participant
I paid I think less than 300 dollars to have them installed on one single door downstairs and the double door up stairs (opens to the deck), I like them, the only issue is don’t let them go when you unhook the magnetic connector as they tend to retract with some force, so maybe not a good Idea with Kids, also they do come out of the track once in awhile (no bigge easy to fix).
The Clearview ones have some patent on a mechanism that slows the door down so it doesnt snap back quickly.
Casper uses springs and guarantees them for life to hold the speed they are set on.
