Anyone got a good floor tile removal contractor and know their price?
I want to replace 1st floor flooring and have about 600 sq ft of ugly ceramic 18×18 tiles. I could leave it, rip the carpet out of the carpeted rooms and level those with the tile and drop something on top (more tile or a floating floor). If its demo’d, the flooring would be level but I would have a lot of sq ft to mask off to protect against the dust and thats my only reason for possibly not demo’ing.

As I understand it, you pay a monthly fee plus usage costs but if your bills are high like mentioned above, you will save monthly. google solar lease programs.
