ParticipantI think that the Toll lots are nicer than the Serenity ones. Some of the higher ones actually have a decent view.There will be 5 floor plans without a model and the question is how many people will be comfortable buying a house without seeing a model.But you never know, some people have actually bought homes online without ever seeing it!

ParticipantIf you really want to have a reliable car then Japanese brands are still great! I have owned both Japanese and European cars (VW, BMW and Porsche) and I have to say that the German cars are far less reliable and more expensive to repair. However, they are much more fun to drive and have a higher prestige value.

ParticipantI would recommend a used Infiniti M35. Excellent ride with a lot of options and reliability second to none.

Looks like a decent home for a good price. It was bought at the exactly same price back in 4/09 by the previous owner.
