“Not that is isn’t already very bad for home prices, of course. But the thought that things could actually get worse? Not many in the industry want to go there.”
Yes and therin lies the whole problem doesn’t it? Everybody is still dancing around the obvious even at this stage of the game.
They might as well put a moratorium on prices…it would more transparent than the bullshit that is being proposed.

I said a few months ago and I’ll say it again: Chamberlin’s Days are Probably Numbered.
At this point in the housing debacle getting so much bad national and local press, I don’t know how George’s boss can honestly expect him to maintain credibility much longer. His radio show must be getting really pathetic by now.

I was wondering is someone was going to post this news. As a job seeker, i can tell you all that it is becoming very obvious that corporate america has gotten a whiff of what is coming down the pipe.
But of course, everyone who owns in CV, RSF, 4S will be just fine and dandy. No one ever loses their jobs if they live in CV, RSF, 4S. It’s different in these places. They will retain their values while all other cities lose for several years to come.
Sarcasm Off…you know who you are…..
