Participant“Can we use him as a poster child of the bailout instead of some poor widow with 3 kids in detroit who just lost her job?”
Oh and guess what else DWCAP, this same clown or one of his many clones in SoCal, would have gladly expected you to pay for his corvette and his trophy wife by over paying for this house one day in the future. Nice huh?

“As I wrote elsewhere, the Fed won’t let banks fail by making unlimited funds available to them. A severe recession will be averted, but at the cost of higher inflation.”
Oh yes they will, just not certain ones. No, a severe recession cannot averted because were alread in it and it cannot averted through inflation….that will just exacerbate the situation.
I swear some you guys are F**ing clueless…..

I am sorry nin_sis but your justification for buying right makes absolutely no sense at all. If you only need a place to reside for a few years, then why wuold you want to buy right now knowing full well that prices are going to correct further and most probably a lot further????
You “buy now” people are really cracking me up. The credit lending mess is not half way through resolution yet. Anyone buying right now is going to LOSE MONEY.
GET A CLUE!!!!
