Everyday there is more proof a credit contraction folks. People need to wake up and smell the coffee…deflation…it’s coming and you better not be in debt up to your eyeballs.

ParticipantHindsight???? It’s a heavy reliance on hindsight that got a lot of people into trouble with this and whole slew that don’t even know they are in trouble yet. Just look at the posts over the weekend of people looking to buy in 4S!!! WTF are they thinking??

ParticipantWhy the shock??? DId you read the bubble primer here on this site?? And you still want to buy?? Do you understand what is happening with the easy credit that has been driving the bubble for the past 5 years and what impact that will have on RE prices in the next several years??
Hope you don’t have to move or lose a job. If you are employed in the Real Estate industry, find another job fast.
