How many times have I posted about how the MSM will tear in to this like a rabid pitbull?? Numerous.

ParticipantThis house is very close to where I live in Mira Mesa. I rent a 2000 Sq ft 30 year old ranch for $1,900/month. These prices have a lot further to fall in my opinion.
