ParticipantYes, just weighing all the options….
When I lived in Diego I didn’t own so I’m not familiar with the property tax laws. Question, if I were able to build something for 600k total, but it would appraise at 750k, how would it be assessed?
And, after it’s been assessed, what is the cap it can rise every year?

ParticipantWow…alot has transpired since I left to play basketball today.
Here is my story…used to live in Imperial Beach from 96-04 then moved back to S FLA. I’m sick of S FLA am I’m thinking about moving back.
I worked downtown for years and I used to love playing ball at the Y, there is a great group of guys that have been playing from 11am – 1pm for about 15 yrs now. I have a home based business and I look forward to playing at the Y once again and I don’t want to be too far away. I’ve asked SD Realtor and Rustico about the possiblility of building my own home in Bonita before.
Even though I lived in Diego for 9 yrs the only area I’m really familiar with is the South Bay.
P.S.
Why would somebody waste their time on this board advertising real estate?
According to 4plex, RO is actually MultiplePropertyOwner.
You guys don’t seem to keep up on the threads! You need to get a life! π
