jstoeszParticipant
The only neighborhood I check out from time to time now that I haved moved away, is pt loma. It is crashing if you ask me…I have seen more than a few single family residences going for at or below 400…that was unthinkable last year. So maybe the case shiller isn’t showing it because of the distressed exclusion. It is getting way cheaper, dare I say 100k cheaper in PL for the bottom rung homes since 09.
jstoeszParticipantI heard a smog inspector interviewed on the radio about some easy tricks to passing smog. One of the aspects I found interesting was his thoughts on gasoline brands. It was his belief that shell and chevron gas was the best, and gave cars significantly better gas mileage. So even if it cost 10% more, he thought you may get up to 20% better mileage. I too have noticed a difference in mileage between arco and the rest. He also said, he has failed cars with arco, who have come back with shell and passed. So, take that anecdote for what it is worth.

jstoeszParticipantAllan…just claw back the money from the banks…that is the solution right? Get it from the ones responsible (the banksters). No need to restructure state priorities, because they are a monument of piety.

jstoeszParticipantI have one! Wahoo!
I am not going to give it up on the internet, because that is just plain stupid (just kidding), but I have one. I am really excited about it.
To be honest I wish it were an idea as simple as a tech start up, something as simple as an iphone app, but it is not. I long for an idea with such low investment cost.
It is time to do my research, put together my powerpoint slides and work on my elevator pitch.
Either way, lets all make some money! wahoo!
(too many wahoos? who knows really? Is there ever enough wahoos? am I rambling?)
