ParticipantMy dad was a real estate broker, probably rolling over in his grave over how low this profession is going, and I don’t mean the market. People really don’t give an “F” about their reputation. Everyone that dealt w/my dad loved him. No BS guy. Few are reputable today. This lady and many of the other realtors on BMIT’s blog really bring down their profession to new lows. Talk about giving realtors a bad name. I say we have towns do hangings in squares again. 😉

Participantibjames – same here. Don’t expect it to equal rents, but close. If I want wood floor instead of carpet. That’s my thing. Don’t want to fix up someone’s rental. Want to fix my own place, but I will rent until the numbers make sents.
