ParticipantI heard part of the tightening of credit, a lot of places want 20% down. I heard Wells fargo won’t give out any loans w/out 20% down. I haven’t bothered to check into it further. Although, I’ve got great credit and some savings, good income, I just haven’t found anything I like enough in the area I want to be in at the right comfortable price.
