ParticipantI’m not too familiar w/the process, but someone told me that if you get something on the steps, you assume everything that’s owed on it, any other loans (seconds), any defaulted property taxes, any judgements, mechanics liens, IRS liens filed on it, defaulted HOAs, if applicable, etc. I could be wrong, as I said, not sure.

ParticipantAlso SDR, my question – the numbers given by NAR and CAR indicating sales activity, does that include sales back to bank or are they factoring out those, figuring out which were foreclosures and not counting those or deducting from the total?

ParticipantI don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t read some of the posts on here. Keeps me from panicking. Sometimes it’s exhausting. First I had to deal w/the pressure from everyone I knew to buy, for years. Now that the market is slowing, I have a greater urge to buy, and yet sales continue and prices barely budge.
Then I read this board and it calms me and helps me to be patient and read between the lines of the BS going on out there. THANK YOU ALL!!jpinpb
