ParticipantIts a nice area. A friend of mine and her boyfriend bought a home in there in 2005 for about $1.1m on Korite. They sold it in 2006 for about $50k less.
All of those homes in there were bought at the peak with all of the funny bunny loans. My guess is that more will come on the market over the next year.
