Ok, here goes. This will probably just prove that I am looking at some seriously crappy properties or that I am not nearly as obsessive as I think I am.

1. 2008 Madison, 92116 (on the MLS now, but never saw it before the sale earlier this summer)
2. 4082 Vermont, 92103
3. 3370 Dale, 92104
4. 2511 Adams, 92116
5. 3405 Florida, 205, 92104 (to be fair this one was on MlS for a long time. then, it came off, went to REDC and then nothing for months and months and then sold. I placed repeated calls to REDC and they claimed to have no info and seemed to indicate that it had not been sold at auction).

Hmm. I’m not sure if that would account for all of the properties that I have seen? The amount listed on the HUD website is very small for San Diego. I’m sure that there is a rational explanation for what we are seeing. I just wish I knew what it was.
