Good point. I let my landlord know that the day he raises my rent I am out the door. I also let him know (in a very nice way) that the online sites that quote normal rental rates indicated that the new rate was very, very high. Of course, I do not know where they get their data from, but…

Good point. Would you know how one would find out more about bulk REO sales? I was (or I believe) tracking auctions and FSBOs. FSBOs tend to show up in Redfin and REDC seems like the main auction group in town, correct? FHA auctions seem to be pretty limited. Are there others that one should be looking at? Thanks in advance.
