Sorry. NH is normal heights. I just don’t like to admit that this is the place that I chose to hunker down to maximize my savings during our fun little historic housing bubble. You kids understand, but the kids at work and in the social set think I am nuts. Of course, I feel a little foolish about my strategy due to recent events.

I am just super disappointed for other people. I was trying to help a friend of a friend find an affordable place. 900 is a lot of money for average salaries here, espcecially to sign up to live in a crap hole.
I will definitely suggest that he broaden his search.

FSBOs tend to show up in Redfin and REDC seems like the main auction group in town, correct? FHA auctions seem to be pretty limited. Are there others that one should be looking at? Thanks in advance.
