    Thanks for the link but how do you know that DR Horton is renting this? Looks like a buyer in phase 1 is renting their own unit.

    Where did you find this out? You guys make me kinda suspect because you predicted/reported that phase 1 was turning into apts. and they did sell those off. I’m just curious if anyone knows how much people have paid for these. Thanks

    The HOA’s do seem rather high but I don’t know of any other amenities they could provide. There’s a pool, hot tub, “social lounge, BBQ, parking, workout room. What’s “Heart Attack Alley”? If you’re referring to the sirens, I’m fine w/that, I live less than a block from atlas on 4th.
