I don’t want to reveal them for fear of some of you jerk-offs not respecting someone else’s privacy, not one bit
.
Investor: Puh-leeze. If you think for one second that I care about who you are, or would violate your privacy, well, we need to add “paranoid” to your profile.
This is like arguing with a 10 year old. Once we knock down the nonsense about your professorship at Princeton and demolish your various, factually unsupported arguments, you careen off into an entirely new direction, in that we’re now out to get you.
You can abandon the palaver about your PhDs. They don’t exist. We all know it, and you know it. For the record, I never brought up degrees, either. I brought up professional backgrounds (CPA in SK’s case, banking in Dave’s) and as means of pointing out that they probably knew a thing or two of which they spoke. Apparently, you felt that your pushing of falsified academic credentials would then catapult you into an advantaged position and quiet down all those little people and their irritating, fact-based questions. Not so much, huh?
I consider a CPA an academic position. Maybe you don’t have the respect I do for the work that went into obtaining it. But, then again, you don’t have one do you?investorParticipant

I don’t want to reveal them for fear of some of you jerk-offs not respecting someone else’s privacy, not one bit

I didn’t bring up credentials first. SV from CV and Allen from Fallbrook did, as I have said. You made me go back and prove you wrong. I wasted my time doing so. Will you say that you were wrong or will you try to wiggle out of it? (I know that you did not give out credentials but the three of you are siblings anyway.)I thought so.
SK from CV brought up his CPA credentials in the context of an issue that related to accounting. He was offering up his experience as part of the reply. So, he gets a pass.
Allan from Fallbrook brought up my and SK from CV’s credentials – he did NOT bring up HIS OWN. Now that may not have been the strongest part of his argument but, again, he was referencing OTHERS.
YOU, on the other hand, offered up YOUR OWN fictional PhD’s as proof of your own Mr. Smartypantsedness, and completely out of context of the discussion at hand. It was merely thrown out there as if to say, “And neener neener neener – I’m smarter than both of you combined because of all of my fancy edumacation.”
Please tell me you see the difference.
And, since you want to keep this going, tell us what your two fictional PhD’s have to do with banking and finance, which is the topic of discussion here.
SV CV gets a pass? Are you sure you guys aren’t just holding hands and kissing in the back? My degrees are NOT in finance. But, I only brought them up in response to the two entries from Allen and SV CV from the Federal Reserve post. But as Allen said in the Federal Reserve post, you do not need to have a degree in finance in order to understand the Federal Reserve. Don’t make me find that one two (Allen, SV CV, davelj, lookie, lookie he did it again!!!)I don’t want to reveal them for fear of some of you jerk-offs not respecting someone else’s privacy, not one bit

You didn’t prove me wrong. Take a close look and read for content. The ref posting was from Allan from Fallbrook.. but he was not offering up his own degrees.. it was not self promotion. Where is the link to SV from CV making such claims?
(I know that you did not give out credentials but the three of you are siblings anyway.)I thought so.

there is that Ad-hominem..
