REALTORS® are bound by a Code of Ethics, and must always act in the best interest of the client (you).
In the extremely unlikely case that a REALTOR® would violate this code, other REALTORS® would immediately act to sanction the offender and provide relief to the victim.
Seriously, if you have to ask, then the answer is yes.

Even better, talk to the listing agent directly. You can trust listing agents as much as you can trust a buyer’s agent.
Nicely done! Best laugh I’ve had in awhile… 🙂

HuckleberryParticipantStrange that nobody on this board has heard of anyone getting a loan mod.
I guess they really aren’t happening as widespread as the media says…

HuckleberryParticipant
Since I’ve posted in the past about the shadow inventory I’ll give the latest. Contacts at our banks are indicating a significant release starting June 1, whether this will actually happen or not we will have to wait and see. Since late last year the assignments have trickled in at about 5-8 a month(last summer was 25-30 a month), in the last 3 days we have received 5 new properties. I don’t know if this is the beginning or not but I sure hope so. Of course Obama could wave his hand and make the right to foreclosure and evict illegal tomorrow.
Jim,
Do you have any update on new inventory coming online? It’s been a month since the “significant release starting” date. Just wondering if this is still truly the case?
Thanks!

HuckleberryParticipantNo matter how you slice it, he is still an idiot.
At what point do taxpayers have a fiduciary responsibility to make it right, because there was a regulatory failure?
I know it wasn’t my fault! How about all you other Piggs out there, was it your fault?
He definitely has some sort of ulterior motive for writing something like this…
What a scumbag and bonehead!
