Everything you wrote..been there and done that…
You do not mention your age and marital situation, however, what you describe is something I too, struggled with for quite awhile. My doctors thought due to a severe car accident the body does go through changes..I asked them to check my testosterone levels, almost zero…twice a month a shot in my back side has improved my overall wellbeing feeling…Dont wait, it is a simple blood test and most doctors do not agree with the treatment…so demand it as this hormone controls the absorption of proteins into your cells.

I agree that things are changing…we have decided to relocate to the Philipinnes..we have visited every year for the last 15 years and our decision is not made lightly..our property is 3 acres of land with a natural spring fed fish pond and in an agricultural area..Tax per year… $7 dollars.
Not saying this is for everyone, however, IMO this is the way to live with what time we have left…
the area is sort of like Southern Calif..topography wise and the weather is always warm…the locals can speak or understand english quite well…we love it.
