    I like the front of it but when you see the side-shot it seems like the rest is a facade of richness.

    I agree. From the back with all the glass and views it seems that 1.5M is a bargain. From the street (side) it looks kinda crappy. I think there is no way to judge from the photos. Would have to see it in person.

    It’s spelled Mehran Aram…

    I wish somebody would ask Mayram how many people he made loans to are in trouble?
    He did a loan for me back in about 2000. I know that’s the olden days, but it worked out fine for me.
