I have had TV in the back of my mind for a while, but hadn’t realized it could be this favorable.

Thanks. I’ve been on the sidelines in terms of buying investment property for about 8 years. Maybe I am missing the boat in TV.

For a SFR in a good school district it is not a ton.
For a 2 BR apartment in Normal Heights, well maybe it is.
