Yup… Side question: doesn’t anyone use a spell checker anymore? By golly, if you’re going to send a scam email, at least *try* to make it sound legit.
The people who fall for these generally do not notice the poor grammar and misspellings, so proof-reading would be a waste of time, anyway.

ParticipantSome lenders have had seasoning requirements (at least historically, they did). A theory as to the reasons ? …. I guess the reason is that the amount put down reflects the borrower’s interest. If it comes from a third party (gift), then they might be more likely to bail in the future. I have no idea how many lenders currently require this, but from personal experience in the past some loans required you to supply several months of bank statements. Large deposits during that period may require explanation.
From a borrower perspective, Underwriter demands are not predictable across the board.(former)FormerSanDiegan

ParticipantI own a rental house in Bay Park. Looking at the links above, just realized it is within 1/2 mile of where the Clairemont Drive trolley stop would be located.
I hope this trolley line happens.

Participant
At the same time, I think it’s a given that mass transit facilitates allowing the people to frequent communities they ordinarily would not. The concern is the criminal element a trolley would bring to UTC.
Would a trolley be a positive or negative? What effect would it have on property values?
I would not worry too much about The Others making the trip all the way to UTC to wreak havoc. There are plenty of other victims, particularly tourists, between downtown and UTC to rob or cheat from.
I think it is a net positive for residents in the western portion of Bay Park and UTC. Looks like Bay Ho gets the shaft (a train goes through, but no stops. What about COSTCO employees?)
