Is this to say that if there isn’t enough commission on the table for the agent representing a potential buyer, they are less likely to show the property? Pardon me if I have misunderstood, but that seems to be what you’re saying; I offer my apologies if I have misunderstood.

If that is the case, it would indicate that many agents may be more concerned with him/herself (“terribly self-interested” I think is the term you used in a later post in this same blog,) than with what may be a great deal or opportunity for the buyer they are representing.

Of course, there is this one that is only a few doors down. It seems to go on and off the market quite often, yet there has never been a sign in the front yard so without looking online no one would ever know it was for sale. What would be the point of not putting a sign out?

Very hard to give a number without knowing the lot. It seems, and I am no expert, but it seems that lot size and view can change the prices in Stonebridge quite a bit. Upgrades will alos play a significant factor in the overall price point as well.
