ParticipantI am not sure if I get your message right Alex_angel but we are in a huge housing market correction right now. No one knows how far down the price will go. The credit issue is not over yet, it barely started. See how sensitive the stock market is behaving now. A lot of things these days may be different from the 90s but the psychology of the people appears similar. But if you want to buy now, buy, no one will stop you from losing money.

ParticipantI don’t know why these people are so worried. Like what Greenspan said, the problem will resolve by itself. Just give it some time. Let the market corrects itself! Besides, a lot of those who are facing foreclosures are speculators (not even investors or residents), let them find their way out.

ParticipantThey are all leaving California to somewhere cheaper to stay. Don’t forget, these people were holding more than one properties. When one leaves, more than one properties will be empty.

ParticipantA clue that the FEd will not do anything, then they steer to our president. Maybe our president will nod his head, but he has already created a handful of debt from the war.
But that strategy may work because when republican and some democrats agree to bail out, then there will be a bailout. It is a basket full of idiots in our leadership anyway!!!
