ParticipantMy advice, if you really want to sell the house, go with whoever higher, don’t be too greedy. I had it before and I did not accept the offer and there were lower offers afterward once you missed it. No one will pay higher in this market. It will continue to tank little by little and eventually you may not be able to see any 1.15M offer anymore. Good luck.
