    Ah, sounds familiar, that happened to me twice already. My question: will closing my account on their sides affect my credit score? If not, who cares about them closing all of my account! I opened credit card accounts for points purposes.

    Do you think the realtor will tell you the truth. It is my realtor who told me about this. If a thief steals something, he won’t admit that he were the thief. Besides, this realtor is very difficult to reach, not to say you can ask him anything for that matter.

    Heard some rumor about this property that it already has offer before it was put on MLS. The rumor is that the agent is trying to sell it to a friend with a depressed price to make profit. Do you realtors have anything to say about this? I smell market manipulation.

    I agree. What was the listing price for 9099? I think it is too small for that price. Not to mention it is backed to an uphill apartment complex. Having the seller listing at that price is one thing, what is attractive about that community to the buyers who still buy at this economy. I wonder.
