ParticipantWhere to learn more about these auctions?
There is a house near me (more than one actually) with a big auction poster on the garage door.
It is on Samilin Court. Supposedly went to action already, however can’t tell if it sold. I’m curious as to the price as it is in VR and should be near the bottom.

From your posts, you definitely need to live in an community with a strong HOA. With your keen observation skills, you’d be a great asset to the HOA committee. 🙂
