There were tons of account statements, forged trade confirmations, etc., going back years. It is impossible for him to have “worked” alone in this Ponzi scheme.

The few replies she got misunderstood her point and instead discussed “her damages.” AFAIK there were none: she just came across a blatant ethics violation by a practicing attorney.

If you still want a new Corolla, start buying the newspaper on Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun. You’ll see ads for new Corollas (with AC, stereo, etc.) for $13K or so.
