If you were not incinerating cash (renting) then you would not have bought at 50% off peak prices. I guess now that you are a homeowner you can start bashing the lowly renters that will never have any decent memories. Glad you bought be try not to bash other people in the process.

BC, Why not move in with this guy and bring the Gulls, you can save even more and the Gulls can just fly through the hole in the roof and nest inside.

desmondParticipantTry living with it for 6 months, you probably will get used to it and can save the money for something else. The floor sounds like it is low maintenance and will not show every little crumb, like wood & marble, that drops on it. Throw some area rugs on it.
