ParticipantI bid $1. Not $1/share. $1 dollar for the whole enchilada. I figure WaMu’s equity as a whole at least has some option value. Oh, but I also want a backstop from the Fed. I want it structured so that I can’t lose more than $1. Yes, that seems reasonable.
