ParticipantLower the rent by $30 and the tenant can buy their own Internet service. Amend the lease agreement to reflect these changes.

ParticipantMotley Fool was hot in the 90s. They gained noteriety with an early AOL pick.
I put them in the “yesterday’s newspaper” category.

ParticipantI’d sell it. Playing landlord ain’t no fun. With or without the help of a property management company. Been there, done that, and would never do it again.

ParticipantAmazon did the same thing on two of my returns in the past year. The first one surprised me but on the second one I sort of guessed they would do it.
The ‘no return’ cutoff seems to be in the $10-$15 range.

Participant“So, Obama didn’t lie on the campaign trail, he simply didn’t understand, once he got to DC, that those laws he promised to repeal would be hard to undo?”
Presidential candidates say lots of crazy things. Romney has vowed to repeal Obamacare on day one if he is elected president. Do you really think he can do it? Does he?

ParticipantBedrooms do not need closets. Early San Diego homes seldom had closets in any bedroom.
To be considered a bedroom, I believe the room needs its own entrance ie. one bedroom cannot open into another bedroom. There may be other bedroom requirements too. Like a window, a door, minimum size etc.
Hopefully a local realtor will reply with all the local bedroom requirements.
