All I was looking for was a kegerator when I found the ad!! How can these people live with themselves?
Not only is this loser apparently failing to pay his mortgage and liquidating the lender’s property, but he is also $7,444.67 delinquent in property tax.

CaliforniabrownbearParticipantI remember when patrick.net was about the only housing bubble site out there. I remember checking out that site for the first time and having that ah ha moment. I was amazed that people had jumped from one investment bubble to the next so quickly.

Glendon Circle in Santee. Lots of plywood cutout Christmas displays (many cartoon and themed displays), kettle corn, and hot chocolate for sale. It was pretty nuts this weekend, but traffic isn’t too bad on weeknights.
